But then Barney tried to let her know to be careful about sending out press releases in all caps.. she said "I don't understand, why not?" and he said "because IT MAKES IT SOUND LIKE SHOUTING" and she said "ah, don't talk to me like that, I'm calling the cops!" and slapstick ensued :P
